This program empowers African Canadian participants with hands-on filmmaking experience while earning a living wage. The mentorship includes support for travel and childcare, providing an inclusive environment to thrive in the industry. Participants will work on a range of productions, including local projects, gaining valuable skills in both above-the-line (creative) and below-the-line (technical) roles.

Designed to reflect the demands of a professional film crew, mandatory attendance helps instill teamwork, administrative expertise, and industry-ready discipline.
